Below we answer the most common questions you ask about our transfer services. If you have a question which is not listed in this section or if you need further assistance, please contact us in one of the ways set out here.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel the booking of your ride without additional charges for you as long as you inform us at least 6 hours in advance of your scheduled pick-up time. You can contact us in one of the ways set out here. In this case we will offer you a full refund as soon as possible.

If, however, you want to cancel the booking of your ride and there are less than 6 hours left until your scheduled pick-up time, we regret we cannot issue a refund.

How do I make changes to the booking of my ride?

You can make changes to the booking of your ride without additional charges until at least 6 hours in advance of your scheduled pick-up time. Submit the changes you want on the booking page or let us know by contacting us in one of the ways set out here.

If there are less than 6 hours left until your scheduled pick-up time, we regret you cannot make changes to the booking of your ride.

Where will I meet my driver upon arrival at the airport/seaport?

When your flight arrives your driver will be waiting for you at one out of the two arrival areas of the airport holding a sign with your name. Likewise, when you arrive at the seaport, your driver will be waiting for you at the point of disembarkation, holding a sign with your name. If you are not able to meet with your driver, please stay at your agreed meeting point and contact us in one of the ways set out here.

What if I miss my flight/ferry?

In case you miss your flight/ferry you are about to travel by, the booking of your ride will be cancelled without additional charges for you as long as you inform us at least 6 hours in advance of your scheduled pick-up time. You can contact us in one of the ways set out here. In this case we will offer you a full refund as soon as possible.

If, however, you miss your flight/the ferry you are about to travel by and there are less than 6 hours left until your scheduled pick-up time, we regret we cannot issue a refund.

What if my flight/ferry arrives earlier than the scheduled arrival time?

If you have given us your flight number/name of the ferry you are travelling by, our drivers monitor the arrivals closely with the use of technology. They are therefore informed about any change or unexpected issue and they will be waiting for you at the new, estimated time of your arrival. If this is not feasible, your driver will be waiting for you at the scheduled arrival time. In this case, there will be no additional charges for you. What if my flight/ferry arrives later than the scheduled arrival time?

If you have given us your flight number/name of the ferry you are travelling by, our drivers monitor the arrivals closely with the use of technology. They are therefore informed about any delay or unexpected issue and they will be waiting for you at the new, estimated time of your arrival. In this case, there will be no additional charges for you.

Do you allow companion/assistance animals in your vehicles?

Yes, with us you can bring along your pet without additional charges as long as it carried within a special and safe container/carrier or pet travel bag. We also allow assistance animals (trained assistance dogs) in our vehicles as long as they are leashed. For your convenience, please let us know in advance about the transfer of your pet or assistance animal by contacting us in one of the ways set out here.

Do you offer child/baby car seats?

Yes, we offer child/baby car seats without additional charges, upon request. You can either tick the box for this option when you book your ride online or you can let us know by contacting us in one of the ways set out here.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay in the following ways:

  • By credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) when you book your ride online or at the point-of-sale (POS) terminal you will find in every vehicle when you have reached your destination.
  • With PayPal when you book your ride online.
  • By bank transfer, sending money to our Piraeus Bank account when you book your ride online.
  • In cash directly to the driver when you have reached your destination.

How are transfer prices calculated?

We calculate the transfer prices in two ways:

  • For transfers in the centre of Athens we offer fixed prices.
  • For transfers outside the centre of Athens we calculate the transfer prices per kilometre.

Therefore, for the accurate calculation of your transfer cost it is important for us to know the exact address of your destination when you book your ride.
